Odoo Functional Consultant

The Job includes back-office computer-based work as well as customer visits and conducting workshops with customer personnel.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and/or supply chain management processes.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and consulting on Odoo or other Tier-1 ERP systems.
• Proven experience in ERP business process analysis, configuration, user training, and customer support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to conduct customer visits, workshops, and training sessions.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
