Overview
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our growing ERP technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development who are passionate about building scalable business applications and customizing ERP solutions.
You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, integrating external systems, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations across multiple business domains.
This position offers exposure to real-world ERP projects, business process optimization, and modern web technologies within the Odoo ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements
· Participate in full Odoo implementation lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)
· Customize existing Odoo applications (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
· Design and develop REST APIs and integrations with external systems
· Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues in Odoo environments
· Work with PostgreSQL databases for data management and reporting
· Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions
· Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices
· Support deployment and version upgrades (Odoo.sh, on-premise, or cloud environments)
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Strong communication and documentation skills
Technical Skills (Preferred)
· Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework
· Experience with PostgreSQL and database design
· Knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML views
· Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization
· Experience with Odoo.sh or Git-based deployment workflows
· Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
· Familiarity with Linux environments and server management
· Experience with Odoo version migrations (e.g., v14 → v17/18/19) is a plus
