Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field, preferably with focus on HR, or in MIS.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation Management or Career Planning).
  • Experience in Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) is a major asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
